Technology behind DAIHEN (OTC) welding equipment
The range is built on full-digital inverter control, developed along three lines: arc stability, spatter control and thick-plate efficiency.
Full-digital inverter control
Welding waveforms are generated digitally, giving repeatable settings that can be locked into a process.
Low spatter and pulse control
Low-spatter models combined with DC pulse and double-pulse modes improve thin-plate work and out-of-position beads.
IGBT soft-switching inverter
Soft-switching inverter models combine high output efficiency with power source reliability.
D-Arc deep penetration welding
A high-efficiency system for thick-plate structures, aimed at penetration capability and productivity.
AC/DC TIG capability
AC/DC pulse TIG models cover both stainless steel and aluminium / non-ferrous work.
Air plasma cutting
The D12000Ⅱ and C70 use compressed air as the cutting gas for medium-thick and thick plate.
