Are DAIHEN and OTC the same brand?
DAIHEN is a Japanese manufacturer of welding and industrial automation equipment. Its welding machines are generally known in the Chinese market under the OTC name. Model names shown on this site follow the technical documentation shipped with the equipment.
How do I know which model suits our workpiece?
Send us the material, plate thickness, joint type and production rate. From that we can judge the power source rating, whether a pulse or low-spatter model is needed, and whether the job suits robotic welding.
Do you support overseas customers?
We serve customers in China and overseas. Overseas customers can contact us by email to agree selection, delivery and technical support arrangements.
What if a machine develops a fault?
Send the model, working condition and symptoms and we will help localise the issue. If needed we arrange repair and spare parts supply.
